1. The agreement

By using QuoteSnap you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. “QuoteSnap”, “we”, and “us” refer to the operator of quotesnap.costcliff.com.

2. What QuoteSnap is

QuoteSnap is a document formatting tool for quotes, estimates, and job receipts. It helps you write, total, save, and share documents you author. It is not accounting, invoicing, tax, payment-processing, or legal software.

3. No professional advice

QuoteSnap does not decide tax rates, does not determine your legal or regulatory obligations, and does not provide accounting or legal advice. You are responsible for the rates, wording, and figures in your documents, and for complying with the laws that apply to you.

4. Plans and billing

• Free: up to five exported documents per calendar month, with a small QuoteSnap footer.
• Solo: US$4.99 per month, with unlimited documents and branding features.
• Business: US$14.99 per month, adding up to five saved business identities, CSV export of your document history, and priority email support.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: if Solo is not for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a refund of that payment.

5. Your content

You own the documents you create. We claim no rights over them. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate features you switch on, such as syncing your documents between your own devices.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use QuoteSnap for unlawful purposes, to send fraudulent or misleading documents, to infringe others' rights, or to attack, overload, or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend use that puts other users or the service at risk.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep QuoteSnap available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and we may add, alter, or remove functionality. If we discontinue a paid plan we will not charge you for unused time.

8. Disclaimers and liability

QuoteSnap is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim or US$20.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence gives you additional rights.
