Getting started
Open the maker. Choose Quote, Estimate, or Job Receipt.
Add the customer, then your line items — description, quantity, and price. Totals update as you type.
Set your tax rate and label, add any notes, then tap Send.
How do I send on WhatsApp?
Tap Send. QuoteSnap builds a PDF and opens your phone's share sheet. Choose WhatsApp, Messages, email, or any other app installed on your device. The PDF is attached automatically.
If sharing is not available in your browser, the PDF downloads instead and you can attach it yourself.
The free limit
The free plan includes five exported documents per calendar month. Building and previewing is unlimited; the meter counts exports. The counter resets on the first of each month.
Solo removes the limit for $4.99 per month.
Billing, cancellation, and refunds
Solo is $4.99 per month and Business is $14.99 per month (up to five business identities, CSV export, and priority support). Both renew monthly. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Refunds: email hello@costcliff.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your documents are stored on your device. Sync is optional and encrypted in transit. See the privacy policy.
Deleting your data
Open Business & branding and press “Erase everything” to remove all local data immediately. To delete synced data, email us.
It works offline — why did an export fail?
Building and PDF export work offline. Sharing needs your phone's share sheet. If your browser blocks file sharing, use “Download PDF” from the Send menu and attach the file yourself.
